Drive & Parking

The gavelled drive has a hair pin entrance off the B4300 coming from the East, it is approximately 250metres to the parking area. There is a drop off/parking area at the front door to the cottage, there is also double French doors entrance at to the lounge from this area. The parking area is gavelled and illuminated

Outside access

There are two steps up into the cottage at both the front door and the back door.

The doorways are well lit.

Inside access

The large entrance hall has an open staircase to the top floor, level access to the lounge and conservatory, there is a step out from the conservatory onto the patio.

There are no handrails apart from the one going up the stairs.

There is level access to the loo and shower on the ground floor, but it is not suitable for wheel chair use. There is a step down into the kitchen and then once through the kitchen there is a step up to the utility room. Audible fire alarms on both floors. Mobile networks do not work in the cottage.

First floor - Some restricted head room on this level

Level access to an en suitè room which has a five foot double bed and a shower room. Remote control TV/Video.

Level access to double room, (four foot six inch bed).

Level access to a twin bedded room, (three foot beds).

Level access to a large bathroom with a shower over the bath.
