Drive and Parking

The gravelled drive has a hair pin entrance off the B4300 coming from the East, it is approximately 250metres to the parking area. There is a drop off area at the front gate to the farmhouse. The parking area is gravelled and illuminated at night.

Outside access

There is a slight gradient up from the car park to the farmhouse door.

There is one small step down into the house.

The doorway is well illuminated.

The door pushes away from you,

The entrance hall is quite small with the stairway which has a window seat half way up to the first floor. There are no handrails apart from the one going up the stairs.

Inside Access

The ground floor is level to the hall, kitchen and guest lounge, there are three steps down to the breakfast room, there are no handrails, lighting is as required. Mobile networks do not work in the house. Audible Fire Alarms.

First Floor

Pink Room - There is one small step down into the room from the landing. This is a double room with an en suitè shower room. Remote control TV.

Green Room - This room is level from the landing and has a small step up to the bathroom, there is also a small step to the loo, this room has a double bed and a bath with a shower facility over. Remote control TV.

Rose Room - This room has a small step down on the corridor leading to the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has a dedicated bath facility. There are two twin antique 3ft beds in the room which may be a little higher than usual. Remote control TV.
