Business Information Our Mission Statement : 'Your holiday is our holiday too' Cancellation Policy for Bed, Breakfast and Dinner Here at Capel Dewi Uchaf Country House we do our utmost to facilitate our guests requirements. Should you need to cancel your booking you are respectfully informed of our cancellation policy. We have a 24 hour cancellation criteria which operates 24 hours before the booking, i.e.by 09.00hrs the day before the booking takes place, other than on a Bank Holiday when the cancellation period is 48 hours. Once a booking has been placed you are obliged, by law, to honour your booking. Unless full notification is given 100% of the first day will be liable, in some cases 50% of the second day. We do our very best to re let the room/s and should this be possible we will waive the cancellation charge for the booking. Please note that Dinner is by mutual arrangement and notice should be given 24 hours the day before, and by 10.00hrs the latest, and the day of requirement for guests in residence. All our food is cooked in our own kitchen and produce is purchased daily to ensure prime condition of all our supplies. We do our best to accommodate our guests needs for Dinner where ever possible. Cancellation Policy for Holiday Cottage Obviously life has it's difficulties and with the best will in the world there are times when holidays have to be cancelled for reasons beyond our control, rest assured we will do our best to re let you self catering cottage, but if this is not possible we are legally entitled to retain monies as compensation against cancellation. Our company cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellation of your holiday one month or more in advance of start date has a 10% cancellation charge which is deducted from your deposit. Any time one month and up to 14 days before your holiday has a 50% cancellation charge. After the full payment of your holiday has been received 75% cancellation charge stands. We will issue a cheque or credit your credit card for the deposit balance. You may wish to ensure your holiday against cancellation or curtailment. We recommend Guest First insurance to all our guests. We issue all relevant documents when booking takes place. |
