Cancellation Policy for Holiday Cottage Obviously life has it's difficulties and with the best will in the world there are times when holidays have to be cancelled for reasons beyond our control, rest assured we will do our best to re let you self catering cottage, but if this is not possible we are legally entitled to retain monies as compensation against cancellation. Our company cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellation of your holiday one month or more in advance of start date has a 10% cancellation charge which is deducted from your deposit. Any time one month and up to 14 days before your holiday has a 50% cancellation charge. After the full payment of your holiday has been received 75% cancellation charge stands. We will issue a cheque or credit your credit card for the deposit balance. You may wish to insure your holiday against cancellation or curtailment. We recommend Guest First insurance to all our guests. We issue all relevant documents when booking takes place. |
