Garden Cottage at Capel Dewi Uchaf - Additional Information

As a guest at Capel Dewi Uchaf Country House, using our self catering cottage, rest assured you will receive a warm Welsh welcome to Wales and the beautiful county of Carmarthenshire.

Our local village Restaurant, Y Polyn has a seasonal Modern British Menu to suit all tastes, serving lunches and dinner. Marianne and Sue, are very welcoming to locals and visitors alike.We can create a Dinner Party to suite your requirements in the Farmhouse for a minimum of six guests should you wish to eat out and stay in all at the same time!

We have stabling for up to five horses, with a turnout paddock should you wish to include your horse in your holiday. Please ask for a quote for your horse/horses. There are excellent beach and forest rides etc., all within easy driving/trailing distance.Inclusive Private Membership to our local Health Club.

We have 500 meters of fine salmon and sewin (sea trout) fishing available along the bank of the River Towy. The river bank is an S.S.S.I., with otters, kingfishers and all manner of wildlife to observe. If you need tackle we have it for hire, make sure you let us know beforehand. You will require a National Rivers Authority License.

Included in your package are the following:

• On your arrival, a Startup Breakfast Hamper
• Your linen and towels are included along with the use of baby cots and high chairs if required
• Maid service on Tuesday and Saturday
• Inclusive of parking for your vehicles
• Our cottage has full central heating as well as a living stove.

We are very sorry but we are currently unable to accommodate pets.
